Natural Fibers Village

Dedicated to developments and insights into integrative production technologies and organized in partnership with universities, R&D, and Technology Centers, these areas present the most recent scientific and technological developments and showcase innovative products, to let you exchange, discover, and find new business opportunities.

The strong growth of the composite market in multiple sectors creates key opportunities for biobased, renewable materials. They anticipate demands for sustainable development from consumers who are becoming more and more aware of such issues. In response to this acknowledgement and the eco-design initiatives taking place within the industry, JEC is working in cooperation with the ALLIANCE FOR EUROPEAN FLAX-LINEN AND HEMP to set up a dedicated Natural Fibres Village at JEC World 2025.

THE ALLIANCE FOR EUROPEAN FLAX-LINEN AND HEMP is the only European agro-industrial organization that serves as a global reference and brings together all the players in the European Flax-Linen and Hemp value chain. The Alliance is the guarantor for all technical, scientific, environmental and economic data on Flax. It represents + 10,000 European companies from 16 countries. The Alliance will demonstrate that flax and hemp are technical fibres that enable innovative, high-performance sustainable solutions.

Meet the key players in the Natural Fibres Village and discover a corpus of solutions that are adapted to the new applications as dictated by market imperatives.
