The Alliance is the guarantor for all technical, scientific, environmental and economic data on Flax. It represents + 10,000 European companies from 16 countries. The Alliance will demonstrate that flax and hemp are technical fibres that enable innovative, high-performance sustainable solutions.

The Startup Village is a dedicated space reserved for startups in the composites industry. The area includes all finalists of the Startup Booster competition, where they can showcase their services and products, but is also open to any startup worldwide. It is a space to network and share new ideas.
In addition to the multinational companies exhibiting at the show, JEC World decided since 2019 to boost the visibility of Small & Medium sized companies throughout the world by gathering their innovation and their dynamics at the Hall 6 entrance in the SME Village.
