Xavier Pailloux is currently the Compounds Product Line Director of the recently formed Forvia-Materi’Act sustainable materials business. He is responsible for leading its marketing strategy and establishing the product portfolio of innovative bio and recycled based low carbon compounds, branded under the NAFILean and the IniCycled families.
Prior to this appointment, he held key leadership roles as the Business Development Vice President at Livinguard, an antimicrobial technology start-up, and in various Technical, Sales and Marketing roles at Dow Chemical. During his long-standing tenure there, and various assignments in the Netherlands, France, Switzerland and South Africa, Xavier had the opportunity to grow materials business interacting with multiple industries, including Automotive, Coatings, Personal Care and Electronics.
Xavier Pailloux is a graduated Polymer Chemist Engineer from ESTIT (France).
