Biography :

Dr Virginie Jaquet has been managing the Materials & Processes Research and Technology of Safran Aircraft Engines since 2022. From 2014 to 2021, she took part in the launch of the Group’s Research & Technology Center Safran Tech, in particular in the establishment of the resources, the means and technological program of the Advanced Turbine blades Platform. The plateform is dedicated to the development of new Material & Processes technologies to improve engine performance. Previously she held the position of head of laboratory for 7 years at Snecma (ex. Safran Aircraft Engines) and Montupet / Linamar  (Automotive Industry).
