R&D Project Manager, HP Composites S.p.A.


Vincenzo Castorani is Project Manager at the Research and Development department of HP Composites SpA. He graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering at the Università Politecnica delle Marche, where he subsequently gained his PhD in Industrial Engineering. For years now he works in the field of advanced composite materials, managing and coordinating research and development projects. His activities have been focusing on developing innovative solutions in the realm of process technologies and structural design, with special emphasis on enhancing environmental sustainability. He is currently vice-president of the research laboratory MARLIC - Marche Applied Research Laboratory for Innovative Composites and member of the managing board and of technical-scientific committee of the aerospace cluster EXPLOORE.
