About CANOE:
CANOE is an R&D center specializing in the development of composites and advanced materials. Established in 2008 by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Regional Council, it operates across multiple sites in Pessac, Pau, and Lacq, France. CANOE collaborates with research laboratories, technical centers, and industrial companies to support sectors such as aerospace, transportation, renewable energy, sustainable chemistry, construction, and medical industries. The center offers services in polymer formulation, manufacturing processes—including additive manufacturing and surface treatment by printing—and materials testing, including non-destructive evaluation. Equipped with pilot plants, CANOE assists companies in developing innovative products and processes to meet industrial needs.
