Biography: 

Tahira Ahmed is Director at Curve Works and the newly launched Morphing Technologies, and serves as Chairwoman of the Dutch trade association CompositesNL. With more than twenty years of experience in composites manufacturing—from R&D to full‑scale industrial applications—she focuses on developing technologies that significantly reduce waste in composite production. Currently concentrating on automated adaptive tooling, she has co‑founded companies to bring these innovations to market and is proud to have built a global customer base across multiple industries. Tahira believes her success stems from cultivating long‑term professional relationships and finding the right collaborations to push her mission forward.
