Biography:

Steve Barbour is the MD and founder of award-winning Composite Braiding Ltd (CBL) and has been involved in the composites industry for over 20 years. The company was established to produce higher volume, lower cost advanced composite structural components that have excellent sustainability credentials. Prior to CBL, Steve, as MD and General Manager, successfully turned around 4 composite manufacturing businesses: three in the UK; one in S.Africa. Before entering the composites industry, Steve was at Rolls-Royce plc for almost 19 years. His last two jobs were Customer Business Director and Head of Marketing. Steve is a Director of Composites UK.
