Sam has a background in Chemical Engineering and has been in the FRP composites industry related to wind energy for over 25 years with focus on structural core materials and more recently formulated epoxies. He spent his early career in manufacturing roles in the US and China, then transitioned to commercial leadership roles over 10 years ago. He is based in Denver, Colorado, as Business Development Director – Americas at TECHSTORM, a Shanghai based manufacturer of formulated products in various chemistries, FRP core kits and PET core foams; Sam is responsible for TECHSTORM’s business in the Americas region, and also program lead for TechFoam PET core materials.
