Pauline de Cuttoli is Marketing Manager for Matrix Europe at Hexcel, where she has worked for 18 years. With a background in Materials Engineering, Pauline has held diverse roles across technical support, product management, and sales, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the composites industry. Today, she leads marketing initiatives for Hexcel’s Matrix portfolio in Europe, focusing on market alignment and innovation.
