Biography:

Graduate of the Technical University of Braunschweig. Graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering, specializing in aerospace engineering. I gained my first experience in the development and manufacture of fiber composite components at a supplier for Airbus. During this employment, I completed further training as an ultrasonic tester UT3 according to DIN EN 4179. In 2010, I started at the former Voith Turbo Scharfenberg GmbH as a development engineer for fiber composite front ends for high-speed trains. In 2013, I completed further training to become a European Adhesive Engineer and then set up a DIN 6701-certified bonding system at the company site. I also supported fiber composite production in Poland, China and the USA. In July 2023, I moved to Braunschweiger Kunststofftechnik GmbH in the role of Managing Director. In this role, I will continue to develop BKT in the area of fiber composites with a focus on rail vehicle parts.
