Biography:

Naoki Shimada has over 10 years of experience in the development of materials and processes for aircraft at Kawasaki Heavy Industries. He has been involved in the various development projects of composite parts. Currently, as a manager in the materials field, he leads multiple research projects on thermoplastic composites.
