Over 30 years of experience driving composite technology development with a focus on innovative materials, design and manufacturing. Lead the development of new products in various markets including nuclear marine, automotive, recreational, industrial and aerospace. As the Director of Technology and Process Engineering/Sustainability Leader at ST Engineering Aerostructures, I lead a team executing on a strategy to develop advanced composite technologies ranging novel materials, improved manufacturing efficiency, lowering costs and reducing environmental impact. Developing an integrated digital environment to enable optimized machine /equipment utilization. Introduction of lower cost and energy efficient composite processing technologies.
