Mason MINCEY
Biography:
I build high-performance materials that start in nature & scale for industry. As a Co-founder at Soarce, I lead product & commercialization, turning low-impact feedstocks - like seaweed, hemp, & industrial biomass - into nanocellulose & nature-first chemistries that enhance advanced & industrial materials. My technical foundation comes from research at the University of Central Florida, where I helped advance nanomaterial processing & secured multiple NSF grants. At the Textile Exchange, I translated technical insight into practical guidance - co-authoring the Future of Synthetics report & producing sustainability analysis used by brands including Nike, Adidas, & Lululemon. Recognized for early impact (Forbes 30 Under 30, 25 Under 25, & ESG Analytics 30 Under 30), I combine lab discipline with go-to-market execution: piloting integrations, designing scalable processes, & partnering with OEMs to prove performance & economics.
