Biography:

Martine van der Ent is a commercial executive with over 16 years of experience in the chemical and composites industries. Currently leading Global Market Development at IGM Resins, she is responsible for identifying and developing new strategic segments to support long-term, profitable growth. In this role, Martine has established structured NBD processes, built cross-regional and cross-functional innovation teams, and developed a robust innovation pipeline. Previously, Martine held senior leadership positions at IGM Resins and DSM Resins, including Director of Global Product Management, Commercial Director EMEA, and Managing Director of Euroresins Benelux. Throughout her career, Martine has led global product portfolios, driven innovation and portfolio strategy, and managed complex commercial organizations within composites, resins, photoinitiators, and additive manufacturing.
