Biography:

Mrs. Leclercq has been working since 18 years as Trade Counsellor for the Government of Wallonia. She was first posted in Chicago, then moved to Stockholm and finally to Paris. She started her career as consultant for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Consulting, then joined ING Bank in Brussels and in Tokyo as account manager for financial institutions and corporate clients. She has been attending JEC World in Paris for the past 5 years, promoting Belgian companies and innovations in the composite sector.
