Biography:

Graduated from Chalmers University of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specialising in material technology and composites. Joined Exel Composites Plc in 1997 and held positions in engineering and sales support. With company growth got further management positions in engineering. Appointed Senior Vice President in 2012, assuming responsibility globally for research, development, and technology. Since 2024, overseeing the company's sustainability initiatives. Developed several application and composite solutions together with our customers, patented several products and processes. Driving and innovating new solutions for sustainability and better performing composites. Interested in all things composite; driving a composite car and sailing a composite boat. Will talk endlessly about the possibilities and advantages of composites, and why they drive sustainability in many applications.
