Biography: 

As Xerxes’ Vice President and General Manager, Kevin Rayner has experience across several disciplines, all essential to leading a global business today: product management, operations and IT. Prior to this role, Kevin held several senior leadership positions with Mattr over the past 11 years, most recently as Vice President of Global Operations for Composites Technologies segment. Kevin came to Mattr after working with another global company that specializes in advanced materials, and after earning a bachelor of applied science, in chemical engineering, and a master of business administration, with a concentration in finance.
