Biography: 

Jon obtained his PhD from the University of Leeds in 2005 and holds a Chartership with the Royal Society of Chemistry. He joined Cytec Engineered Materials (now Syensqo) in 2007 as a member of the Product Development team, and developed and launched a number of commercial thermoset composite products in the years that followed. In 2020, Jon moved into his current role of a Research Fellow where he is accountable for several key research collaborations, bringing new research and strategic perspectives into Syensqo, and developing the skills and expertise of colleagues within the company.
