Biography: 

Jonathan Holmes graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh. Practically all of Jonathan’s professional career has been spent working in the composites industry. From a strong technical foundation, Jonathan went on to gain a MBA from Queen’s University of Belfast. Jonathan has successfully fulfilled a range of both technical and commercial roles. Jonathan is currently Managing Director of Creative Composites. Creative Composites has over 230 employees and uses its combination of Better Design, Better Manufacturing and Better Service to create a range of world leading composite products. Jonathan’s main areas of technical interest are compression moulding and SMC. During his career Jonathan has successfully led research and development projects and driven growth of the composites industry. Jonathan has worked with a wide range of companies which vary in scale from SME’s to multinational OEM’s.
