As vice president of workforce development for IACMI–The Composites Institute, Joannie Harmon brings a unique perspective when consulting with organizations about talent development challenges and opportunities. With over 25 years of experience working with government, non-profit organizations, and corporations on strategies to address critical skills gaps, talent pipeline shortages, and long-term talent cultivation necessary for sustainability, Ms. Harmon brings an expertise of consultative collaboration, a network of subject matter experts, and a pioneering spirit to explore unconventional approaches to complex problems. She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and a Master of Public Administration from Bellevue University in Nebraska. Established by the U.S. Department of Energy in 2015, IACMI is recognized as best in class in human capital development strategies and technical advancement leadership for advanced composites and manufacturing.
