Biography:
My name is Jens Gegner, and I’ve spent the past 25 years building my career at Ipco. I started out as a design engineer, moved into design management, and today I serve as Global Segment Manager. Over the years, I’ve developed deep expertise in continuous presses, scatter technology, and turnkey solutions, working across both upstream and downstream processes. What drives me is finding practical, customer-focused solutions that make a real impact. I enjoy combining my engineering background with a global perspective, helping clients achieve efficiency and innovation in their production lines. For me, success is not just about technology — it’s about listening, understanding, and delivering solutions that truly fit the customer’s needs.
