Henry A. Sodano, PhD, is the President and Founder of Trimer Technologies, LLC, where he leads technology strategy, product development, and commercialization. He is the inventor of Trimer’s patented resin platform, which enables faster, lower-cost manufacturing of high-performance composite materials with improved structural and fire performance. Dr. Sodano oversees R&D execution, partner engagement, and contract negotiations, and is actively building commercialization programs with more than 50 industry partners. He brings extensive experience transitioning advanced materials from concept to market, including prior leadership as founder and Chief Technology Officer of HARP Engineering, where he led multiple Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III defense programs.
