Biography: 

I joined Astar in 2017 as part of the third generation of this family-owned company, contributing to its long-term strategy within the composites industry of SMC and BMC manufacturing. My role encompasses overall business management, including raw material sourcing, commercial strategy, logistics, and business development, ensuring alignment between operational capabilities and market demands. I am actively involved in strengthening supply chain resilience and driving sustainable, competitive growth in a highly technical and cost-driven environment. Since my incorporation, Astar has developed and expanded new SMC and BMC material solutions, where I have participated in their commercial deployment, identifying new customers, supporting new applications, and enabling market expansion in close collaboration with clients across multiple industries.
