About Loiretech:
Loiretech designs & manufactures tooling for composites parts production. Our customers belong to aeronautics, space, defense and automotive industries. Our tooling portfolio supports all the steps of component fabrication: preforming, automatic layup, curing, trimming & automatized assembly. Our 120 employees can produce larges metallic tooling and composites (up to 20 ml) thanks to your integrated structure from design to large milling capacities, infusion & prepreg layup, 3D inspection. Integration of innovative processes such as self-heating tooling, mineral 3D printing (Silaxy) and WAAM of Invar, allows Loiretech to offer tailor made solutions. Since early 2020, Loiretech engaged a diversification strategy focused on composites components manufacturing out of its tooling customer markets. Recent successes could be highlighted by marine propellers, medical structural components, tidal turbine blades & wind propulsion. These diversification activities benefit from almost 40 years of experience in mixing fibers & resins.
