Biography :

After obtaining in 2006 an engineering degree in material science (normandy) and a PhD in chemistry in 2010 from Liverpool University, Erwan started his professionnal career in the research and development center of ARKEMA working on new materials for different fields of applications He then joined the automotive industry (Valeo) to work on several innovative projects for the headlamp and rearlamp products. After 7 years in this industry and a EMBA from Audencia (french business school), he decided to move into the Groupe Beneteau in 2019. He held several positions starting from GRP material manager before moving in 2021 to a research and Innovation director position. In 2022, he also took the lead on different sustainability projects for the group.
