Biography:

In 2024 Elias Hirschbichler joined fibionic as late co-founder , completing the founder’s team. Prior to fibionic, Elias founded an IT consulting business specializing in business process optimization and digital project management. He successfully managed large-scale projects with investment volumes of up to €50 million across various industries, including automotive, lifting solutions, and construction. He brings in a strong background in strategy development with expertise in project management, marketing, branding, retail and finance & controlling. Elias studied strategic management at the University of Innsbruck and focused in his professional carrier on digital transformation projects by starting in the automotive industry and later applied his knowledge as founder and self-employed IT business consultant across multiple industries. With his combined economic and digital expertise, Elias complements the founding team.
