Biography:

As Chief Operating Officer at Nandina REM, Dr Dazril Phua is a dynamic leader with a global perspective, known for his expertise in industrial R&D, technical programme management, and strategic planning. At the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), he spearheaded critical projects at the intersection of safety policy, international collaboration, and digital innovation in air traffic management. Dazril earned his doctorate magna cum laude from the renowned RWTH Aachen University, specialising in cutting-edge polymer chemistry, and graduated at the top of his class with an M.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry from NUS and the Technical University of Munich. His work during the COVID-19 pandemic earned him prestigious awards from Singapore’s Ministry of Transport and CAAS, highlighting his ability to navigate complex challenges with agility and foresight.
