Biography:

David Bourge is currently project manager for the solid wastes recycling activities in the Business Support & Performance team at Veolia HQ level. David has been working for plastic recycling for a total of 17 years. He was the Site Director for plastic recycling sites in France and Thailand, which are multi-million turnover operations specializing in LDPE (films) and PET (bottles) in a circular economy setting. His working experiences include technical and operational positions, with competencies in plastic science, recycling technologies, project monitoring, management, and maintenance. Prior to joining VEOLIA, David oversaw quality for an automotive supplier of the PSA Group. David has a master’s degree in engineering from the prestigious Paristech Arts et Metiers in France. With a passion for the environment, David enjoys speleology as a hobby in his free time.
