Biography:

Claude Despierres has been with Hexcel for over 30 years. Throughout her career, she has made significant contributions to the development of the industrial business within Hexcel, holding various roles in Sales and Marketing – from technical sales and product management to her role as VP, Sales & Marketing Industrial.

Since July 2025, Claude has been named Vice President – Sustainability and Business Development, EAP.

Claude Despierres completed an Advanced Industrial Marketing Strategy programme at INSEAD. Claude obtained an MBA in international trade from emlyon business school and she also earned a degree in engineering from the Ecole des Mines de Douai, specializing in thermoplastics and composite materials.
