Biography:
Christophe Robin is Head of Design at Daher, with over 30 years of experience in aircraft design and engineering. He has led the development of numerous aircraft, from composite and carbon fiber models to traditional wood and advanced metal airframes. As founder and chief engineer at Dyn’Aéro, Christophe created 15 aircraft models across four clean-sheet platforms, pioneering the integration of wood, composites in light aviation. At Daher since 2010, he drives innovation in sustainable aircraft, certification strategy, and collaborative research, including low-carbon or drones projects. Christophe is a member of key industry committees and an active private pilot, bringing hands-on expertise and a passion for bridging heritage craftsmanship with modern engineering to shape the future of aviation.
