Biography: 

Material sciences engineer with a master's degree in polymeric materials and with over 18 years of experience at 3M,Charlotte have held various roles in the Aerospace Division, with a strong focus on adhesive bonding applications and material testing. She worked at various positions as an Application Development Engineer, developing new applications with aerospace OEM's and tiers. Currently, she lead the Aerospace qualification and testing laboratory. Additionally, she isdeeply involved in the SAMPE organization, coordinating various activities aimed at students and young engineers.
