Carsten Gayer is Managing Director at Valona Intelligence with more than 20 years’ experience delivering market intelligence, strategic analysis, and consulting for global clients, top management consultancies, and private equity firms. Across 2,000+ projects, including dozens of large international engagements, Carsten has supported industries such as automotive, engineering/heavy industry, and chemicals. He holds a Dipl.-Oec (M.Sc. equivalent) in Economics from Ruhr University Bochum and is a frequent speaker on world-class intelligence and applied GenAI in MI/CI.
