Biography: 

Bertrand Germain is Vice President of Technical Support Europe–Asia Pacific at Hexcel Corporation, a global leader in advanced composite materials. He joined Hexcel in 1991 and has held several leadership roles across Development, Sales, Program Management, Marketing, and Technical Support. He holds an engineering degree from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, France, and a postgraduate DEA in Polymers & Composites. Bertrand Germain is based at Hexcel’s Dagneux site near Lyon, where he leads the EAP Technical Support organization. Working closely with Research & Development and Sales & Marketing teams, Bertrand and his team collaborate with major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to introduce the latest technologies and products for future programs, reinforcing Hexcel’s position as a key partner for innovative lightweighting solutions in commercial aerospace, defense and space and industrial applications.
