Biography:

Benny Ørtoft Endelt, CEO and Co-founder of FiberJoints, is a distinguished expert in advanced nonlinear finite element simulations. Benny holds a Master's degree in manufacturing engineering. He pursued a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Aalborg University, focusing on metal forming simulation, non-linear optimization, constitutive modeling, and inverse problems. Driven by curiosity and a passion for innovation, Benny seeks unconventional approaches to problems, pushing the boundaries of conventional methods. In 2019, Benny collaborated with Johnny Jakobsen on composite bolted joints, which led to the development of reinforcing patch technology and the establishment of FiberJoints.
