Biography: 

Dr. Ashley Tracey holds a B.S. in Physics from Washington State University and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from University of Washington. Dr. Tracey is an Materials and Process Engineer supporting propulsion in Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Prior to that, she was a Project Engineer on BCA's Product Development team. Ashley's focus areas include composites, adhesives, materials characterization, and surface preparation and adhesion. In addition to technical work, she thrives from helping others achieve their goals through mentoring, teaching, and engagement with various universities. Outside of work, Dr. Tracey is actively involved with the Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering (SAMPE), currently serving as the North America President.
