Biography: 

Professionally, She was born in the automotive R&D Dept (Fiat Group). She soon had the opportunity to have experience also in Testing activities for luxury car brands (Maserati, Ferrari, BMW). After this experience she moved to the Railway Manufacturing sector (Alstom, Bombardier, Hitachi Rail). She had also experience in international Project Management, both in the European Community (France, Germany and Belgium) and in China (Siemens and International safety Authorities for Railway sector). From 2015, She landed in the Luxury Pleasure Vessel Market for Ferretti Group. First role she was in charge was the role of Quality Director. In 2017 she became Mold&Plugs Plant Director, responsible for all the Group GRP Toolings. At the time she re-started internal production of GRP Vessel main components and, finally, in 2023 She was appointed Ravenna Plant Director, having the goal to start-up the new Plant in Ravenna. Currently she is managing Production ramp up for Infynito e Wally new Models.
