Biography:

Andrea Browning, Director for Polymers and Soft Matter, is responsible for leading efforts related to polymeric materials simulation and other soft matter such as micelles and surfactants. Prior to joining Schrödinger in 2017, she was a lead research engineer and project manager at The Boeing Company. She brings over a decade of experience in connecting industrial and engineering problems to root materials issues and how simulations can be used to inform industrial decisions. She was a NSF Graduate Research Fellow at the University of California, Santa Barbara and received her Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from that institution.
