Biography

Amaël Cohades is a Materials Science Engineer from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland. Amaël earned his PhD in 2018 on self-healing composites from the Laboratory for processing of advanced composites (LPAC) at EPFL. From this technology, he is the co-founder and CEO of CompPair Technologies Ltd. CompPair brings on the market healable and sustainable composite material solutions to improve circularity.

CompPair developed a new composite material able to repair itself and be better recycled.
