The aviation industry is constantly growing, and consequently, so are the demands for resource-efficient, and smart production concepts for the mass production of quality aerospace parts 

Following the takeover of Schmidt & Heinzmann, Dieffenbacher now offers the complete range of technologies for the production of thermoplastic and thermoset components. 

This includes fully automated cutting and stacking centers for processing of dry fibers, SMC or prepregs, hydraulic press systems for the forming of thermoplastic parts, presses for low pressure and high pressure RTM, as well as the Dieffenbacher UD tape laying solution Fiberforge. 

In interaction with the new digitalization platform EVORIS - a strong manufacturing and AI supported tool - a very energy and resource efficient mass production of aerospace components can be achieved.
