MC4 - Circular Processes for Carbon Fibre Composites

The MC4 partnership will present research results for short-term and long-term processes to improve the circularity of carbon fibre composites, with a focus on the markets of boatbuilding and aerospace. The session will give an overview of achievements and opportunities for recycling, reusing, reducing waste, and improving the circularity of the value chain, including technical results and LCA inputs. The additional processes of spectroscopic sorting of parts and quality control of recycled materials will also be addressed.
