Huntsman is addressing circularity challenges in the design of composite structures with two innovative technologies. Our debonding-on-demand solution enables efficient disassembly of composite layers at the end of a product's life. The debondable and rebondable adhesive technology opens new possibilities for reuse, repair, and reconfiguration. The presentation will provide insights into these technologies used in sports composites such as skis, and potential applications in wind blade designs, from add-ons and leading-edge protection to full-core designs.
