FtoC: Direct Consolidation Molding with Continuous Fiber

An automated direct consolidation technology using thermosetting resin (ADEKA LACIMEC series), known as "FtoC" (Fiber to Composite), has been under development, featuring a unique infrared (IR) rapid curing system. This innovative FtoC process enables the transformation from raw materials to composite products, eliminating the need for intermediate processes. Composites produced by FtoC demonstrate the maximum potential properties of composite materials, particularly in terms of enhanced compressive strength.
GHC and ADEKA are exploring new applications and potential customers globally.
