ExoFly - Aerospace Lattice Structure

ExoFly begins with a FEM analysis of the component, followed by topological optimization to define a lattice structure. The component is produced using Addyx Exoskeleton technology, enabling precise fiber deposition on a water-soluble mandrel. During curing, the mandrel expands, compressing the fibers against an outer mold, resulting in a component with exceptional structural properties.
