Genesis of your product. why and for whom?

In collaboration with Race Group and GCK Performance, VESO concept was responsible for defining the materials and producing the bodywork and cockpit of a hybrid rally raid vehicle, mainly according to environmental criteria.

Benefits for the final customers?

One of the major advantages is to offer more environmentally friendly products but also lightweight and easily repairable products. In this eco-design approach, the vehicle is part of a more sustainable business.

The product : materials and processes

These materials were developed and assessed through a life cycle study, also looking to reduce energy consumption during production. Some of the selected polymers were formulated to allow for low temperature manufacturing and thus avoid the extra costs associated with electricity generation.
