First-Time Buyers Program

If you are attending JEC World for the first time, you may be eligible for the First-Time Buyers Program.

This program is designed for composites users — parts producers and OEMs integrating composites into their products — with job titles such as engineers, technical directors, R&D managers, procurement specialists, materials experts, project and innovation leaders.

It is also open to professionals from the composites distribution business, responsible for the selection of materials distributed by their organizations.

This program is exclusively available to professionals who have never attended JEC World.

In exchange for the benefits listed below, each First-Time Buyer commits to attending seven Business Meetings per day, organized through the JEC World Business Meetings Program.

Transportation Coverage

Full or partial coverage of transportation costs to Paris (train or flight depending on country of origin).

Accommodation

Accommodation in Paris (Porte Maillot area) for up to three nights, depending on the number of Business Meetings scheduled.

Daily Transfers

Free daily transfers between Paris and the JEC World venue at Paris Nord Villepinte.

VIP Status

VIP status at the show (priority access, VIP badge).

All applications are subject to approval by the organizer based on:

The position of the company within the composites value chain
The job title of the applicant
The applicant’s influence on the company’s purchasing decisions

The program operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Travel costs are reimbursed upon presentation of receipts
Hotel accommodation is provided by JEC in a selected hotel
